Wonderful old and good looking hotel in the elegant style. Lovely location for visiting bars and cafes. Choose family king room with a useful fan, extra comfortable matresses plus opening windows.

Clean property, breakfast is sensational and reasonably priced. The units are air conditioned, spotless. Smart and attentive staff as one would expect. The service is very good, includes free parking. Convenient to have chocolates in the reception. The location is central.

Central location, fine base for discovering Cheltenham. Well-appointed and brand-new room with garden view, exceptionally attentive employees in 1 receptionist. Variety of food at the good hot breakfast.

The welcome at the reception desk was very friendly and with warm cookies. The room was beautifully located at a small dike with ducks. Perfectly equipped. We came to the restaurant at 20.45 and although it was closed at 21.15 we were still allowed to order from the menu and were served very friendly! The breakfast was just as rich! We will gladly recommend this hotel to others!

exceptionally friendly staff, perfect room service 24 hours a day, spa and gym super, beautiful quiet garden location of the room, ideal proximity of the hotel to the Cotswolds and the city, perfect also by public transport - pure relaxation!

Very good location for excursions in the surrounding area (Cotswold). Good to see good breakfast. Very good and large beds and very clean. Very nice and good bar with good drinks and food. Big rooms. Friendly staff
